1. Certification of accuracy
By submitting an application or uploading a document, you certify that everything you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for disqualification from consideration, and for termination if it comes to light after you are hired.
2. Your responsibility for what you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of what you send us. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information you provide, or for decisions made in reliance on it.
3. Authorization and ownership
You confirm that you have the legal right to submit every document you provide, and that doing so does not violate anyone else’s rights. Submitting forged, altered, or unauthorized documents may carry legal consequences beyond the loss of your application.
4. How we use what you submit
Documents and information you send are used to evaluate you for employment, to build and maintain the driver qualification file federal regulations require, and to meet our obligations as a motor carrier. They are not used for any unrelated purpose. Our Privacy Policy sets out who we share information with and how long we keep it.
5. Retention and disposal
We retain or securely dispose of submitted documents according to the schedule in our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Some retention periods are set by law and are not ours to waive.
6. Submission is not an offer
Submitting an application or documents does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee an offer. Hiring decisions depend on verified information, qualification under federal safety regulations, and our operational needs at the time.
7. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your login. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has gained access to it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used improperly.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit applications on behalf of someone else without their authorization, to send automated or bulk submissions, to attempt to gain access to data that is not yours, or to interfere with the operation of the site or the systems behind it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site, including encryption in transit and access controls enforced at the database level. No system is entirely immune to unauthorized access, and we do not represent that this one is.
